"Relay"), business resident Stettiner Straße 38, 33106 Paderborn operates an
internet site for communication and information of internet users.
Additionally Relay offers a driver and software service, which is
subject to the following legal references:

Relay does not give warranties of any kind, neither expressly nor
implicitly for the provided programs, drivers and data. |

Under no circumstances Relay is liable for any damages (damage from escaped
profit, operating interrupt, loss of information or data or from other financial loss is enclosed without reservation) caused by use of these data, programs or drivers. |

even if Relay has been informed about the possibility of such a damage. |
